We were asked to make an explainer video for a product that takes away the frightening stigma around needle injections.
This product would likely be for children and adults with needle phobias. Knowing our audience we made the colors soft and realistic, the shapes are all rounded, and the bear themself is an inviting mascot for the product!
I was style lead for this 3D project, responsible for all concept art including backgrounds, assets, and characters. It took us a while to get to the final design for the doctor, mom, kid, and Num bear. The design needed to be rounded and friendly for children and it was important to me to design a number of families for the client to pick.
